At Koopsmode, we do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the conditions below.
1. Important Information
Return costs are at your own expense. We do not offer free returns.
Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt.
All returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns are only accepted if they meet our return conditions.
2. Conditions for Returning
You can only return your order if it meets the following requirements:
The product must be returned complete and in the original packaging.
The product must have no signs of use or damage due to careless handling.
Hygiene products (such as jewelry or accessories) must be thoroughly cleaned.
Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 working days. If approved, you will receive confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if it appears that products have been used or damaged through your own actions.
3. How can I return my order?
Follow these steps to register a return:
Email us at: info@koopsmode.nl
Include in your email:
✔ Order number
✔ Reason for return
✔ Photo of the product (if damaged)
✔ Name and address details
After your request, you will receive return instructions and the correct return address. Never send your package back to the sender!
Shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
4. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your product.
Please note:
Cancellation is not possible if your order has already been shipped.
Our products are shipped directly from Asia. As a result, there may be longer delivery times.
Do you want to cancel after the order is already on its way? Wait until you have received the order and then return it.

5. Refund
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund via the original payment method.
Refund period: Within 14 days of receipt of your return.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
All returns are processed via our central warehouse in Asia. The customer is responsible for the return costs.
