2. Orders and Conclusion of Agreement

The presentation of products on our website is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order.

After receiving your order, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email. This doesn't mean your order has been accepted yet.

The purchase agreement will only be concluded once we explicitly accept and ship your order.


3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT.

  • We offer the following payment methods:

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

The products must be returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

The statutory warranty applies to all products. If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours .


7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages or lost profits. We do not guarantee that the website will always function without errors or interruptions.

9. Applicable Law & Disputes

Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy - Koopsmode

At Koopsmode, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below you'll find all the information about our shipping methods.


1. Delivery time

Processing time: 1 - 3 business days Shipping time: 8 - 12 business days

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: During busy periods or exceptional situations (such as holidays or pandemics) delivery times may be longer.


2. Shipping costs

We ship ALL orders for free . There is no minimum order value required.


3. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. We work with various international carriers.


4. Customs & Import Duties

Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Any customs charges or import duties will be borne by the customer.


5. Problems with Delivery?
